Through technical assistance and knowledge sharing, the programme helps countries align their national biodiversity policies with European and international standards, including EU nature legislation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond policy and legislation, EU4Environment also focuses on practical implementation and long\u2011term sustainability of the Emerald Network.
