The agenda included the presentation of the “European Union for Environment (EU4Environment)” program with a focus on its Result 2 “Circular economy and new growth opportunities” implementation in the Republic of Belarus. Promotion of RECP methodology to assess cleaner production in industries, as well as options to organize clubs of enterprises to discuss resource efficiency (RECP Clubs), were addressed during the seminar to engage new enterprises into project implementation.
