The national reports were prepared under the activity “Regional Collaboration in Protecting Biodiversity and Ecosystems (the Emerald Network) in Eastern Partnership (EaP) Countries” within the EU4Environment Programme. The documents support the partner countries in preparing the next version of their Emerald Network database for submission to the Secretariat of the Bern Convention.
The documents are intended for government authorities, scientists, experts, NGOs, and other stakeholders involved in biodiversity conservation and the further development of the Emerald Network in Armenia. They provide an overview of progress made, the current state of knowledge, and remaining gaps in the representation of Bern Convention species and habitats within the network.
